7.24. Nx64 Module for Data Leased Service (N64M)

Overview

The Nx64 Module (N64M) provides data leased service for extending

the Digital Data Network to the subscriber’s area due to the distance

supported in traditional DDN is short. When the N64M Module is

installed in the COT, the remote terminal RT can use either N64M or

GSH/GSH-R for future loop expansion, to provide data transmission

services for extended distances.
